Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy BOOKING CONDITIONS 1.The payment and acceptance of a deposit confirms a booking and indicates acceptance of these conditions. Failure to pay a deposit with-in 7 day of booking date will result in cancellation. 2.Dogs are NOT permitted inside the property. All droppings are to be disposed of prior to departure. 3.Any damage apparent to the property and/or gardens must be reported to Pinnacles Visitor Centre at time of occupancy to avoid responsibility for such damage. 4.No caravans – camper or tents are allowed on the property. If you have extra people staying overnight, you must be reported to Pinnacles Visitor Centre and there will be an extra charge for these guests. 5.Keys and directions to the property are available from Pinnacles Visitor Centre after 2pm and before 5pm and need to be returned by 10am unless there are prior arrangements. 6.A minimum of 3-night stays on peak times and long-weekends. 7.A deposit of 25% to be paid within 7 days from booking date to secure the booking and the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks from arrival day. 8.Bookings accepted and confirmed more than 6 months in advance may be subject to pricing changes. We will of course advise if your booking is affected. 9.Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rate Peak 30+ days prior to arrival $50. 15-30 days prior to arrival and property is re-let $50. If not re-let 50% of booking. 0-14 days prior - no refund. Off peak 14+ days prior $50 and property is re-let. 3-14 days prior and not re-let 75% of booking. 0-3 days of arrival no refund. 10.You agree to leave the property in a clean, neat and tidy condition including all dishes washed and returned to storage areas. 11.No smoking inside property.
